摘要：
As a special class of hybrid systems, dynamic systems on times scales
have attracted more and more attention of many researchers around the
globe in recently years. The theory of such systems was first
introduced by Stefan Hilger in his PhD thesis in 1988 and provides a
unified framework for studying continuous systems and discrete systems
simultaneously. This talk introduces some basic concepts and
discusses some recent work on stability and control of dynamic
systems on times scales.
